Perth District Health Unit is Preparing for Flu Season and so Should You

The Perth District Health Unit is reminding you about the importance of getting your flu shot as winter approaches.

Registered Public Health Nurse Lorna Askes (as-kess) says right now family doctors and pharmacies are focusing on immunizing the most at-risk residents.

She says aside from getting the flu-shot there are easy ways to protect yourself from getting sick.

You can contact the health unit to make an appointment during the upcoming flu-shot clinics in Stratford.

  • Thursday, November 2nd from 4:00pm-8:00pm
  • Friday, November 3rd from 1:00pm-4:00pm
  • Tuesday, November 14th from 4:00pm-8:00pm
  • Thursday, November 23rd from 4:00pm-8:00pm
