Pettapiece Keeping Pressure on Province Following Energy Plan Estimates

Perth-Wellington MPP Randy Pettapiece says the Opposition is keeping the pressure on the Ontario government when it comes its Fair Hydro Plan.

The Auditor General’s recent report shows Ontarians will be picking up the tab of the plan to the tune of around $26 billion over the next 30 years.

Pettapiece says rural customers are being hit hard and it’s important you make your voice heard.

Ontario just released its energy plan showing hydro bills are projected to go up to an average of $181 a month in 10 years, a far-cry from the $127 on average we pay now.
