Sesquicentennial Committee Putting Together Time Capsule in Stratford

Stratford’s Sesquicentennial Committee is looking to you for items to be placed in a time capsule going into Confederation Park.

The committee says that can include local newspapers, radio broadcasts from Canada Day, copies of city agendas and meetings, tourism information or visitor’s guides.

It’s part of Canada 150 celebrations, as the committee is looking to capture a snapshot of life in today’s Stratford and Perth County for future generations.

You can drop off any potential submissions to City Hall’s Clerk’s Department, at the Stratford Tourism Alliance offices or submit them electronically via e-mail at stratford150timecapsule@gmail.com.
