Perth County OPP’s Auxiliary Unit Collecting Donations for Salvation Army Food Drive

The Perth County OPP’s Auxiliary Unit will be out in full force tomorrow collecting donations alongside the Salvation Army for a number of food drives.

Constable Laura Lee Brown says they’ll be at three locations across the county.

Brown says the Salvation Army doesn’t just help to supply toys to families in need every year, as food can go a long way over the holidays.

The Salvation Army is hoping to shore up its food reserves as it prepares to send out its Christmas food hampers to area families.

The drives are set for tomorrow from 10:00am until 1:00pm.
