The Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame in St. Marys has announced it will be expanding its museum facilities.

Stratford-based Marklevitz Architects is helping to put together and plan the 2,500 square foot expansion along with renovations to the existing museum.

Planners say they want to create a new archive facility and library for its more than 6,000 books and magazines along with 10,000 artifacts it currently houses.

Accessibility is also being addressed, with plans for new bathrooms, a new auditorium and gift shop in place.
