Racing Charges Laid in Mapleton

The Wellington County OPP says a 46-year-old Waterloo man has been charged with racing.

Police say officers clocked a vehicle going more than 140 kilometres per hour in an 80 zone on County Road 12 near Mapleton.

Police say the man’s vehicle was seized and license suspended as he’ll be in a Guelph Court in the New Year.
