More than 70 new jobs and another 610 existing jobs are being secured thanks to an investment from the province and local partners in Stratford.
Atwood Heritage Processing, C-R Plastics, FIO Automotive Canada and Hyashi Canada will all be benefitting from the Southwestern Ontario Development Fund.
Multiple funding announcements were made this morning at C-R Plastics on behalf of MPP Jeff Leal, the Minister Responsible for Small Business.
In total, investments from the local businesses and the province amount to $25.5 million.
Part of that investment will be going to a new 6,800 square foot plant for Atwood Heritage Processing which specializes in dry cured meats.
