Snow Squall Watch Extended for Parts of Huron County

Environment Canada’s snow squall warning for parts of Huron County remains in effect this afternoon.

The national forecaster says areas such as Goderich, Bluewater, Blyth and Wingham are expected to see up to 15 centimetres of snow through the day today.

The forecast is calling for winds gusting up to 50 kilometres per hour causing poor visibility during squalls and making roads slippery.

The snow is expected to taper off and move onto Lake Huron by tomorrow morning.
