Future Hospice Inches Closer to Fundraising Goal

Organizers from the reading of the Christmas Carol at the Stratford Festival say $40,000 has been raised to help the Stratford-Perth Hospice.

From the event Judy Maddren says she’s overwhelmed by the response from the community.

She says so far $4.7 million towards the hospice’s $7.5 million goal has been raised so far as ground is expected to be broken on the new facility in the spring of 2018.

The Stratford-Perth Hospice is set to open six beds to the community in early 2019.
