The Local Community Food Centre’s Access Market is making its way to other parts of Perth County outside of Stratford.
The market offers fresh produce at a much more affordable price point for rural families in the region.
From the Local, Derek Barnes says the program can do a lot of good.
It’s thanks to other groups and organizations which are helping to bring the mobile markets to Listowel’s Takes a Village on Main Street and Milverton’s Knollcrest Lodge on William Street.
The markets run from 2:00pm to 5:00pm starting with the next set for January 25th in Milverton.
