Royal Canadian Legion Signs Deal for New Home

The ink has dried on the lease for the Stratford Royal Canadian Legion’s new HQ.

Legion VP Dale Bast says explains where the new location will be.

The legion has been temporarily operating at a location on Ontario Street through the months of negotiations with the former auto shop.

Extensive renovations are slated for the facility which will see its garage doors removed and a central hall installed for the move-in date of June 1st.

Bast says he hopes the new hall will add yet another public space for the community this summer.
