Patrols from the Perth County OPP will be hitting the snowmobile trails following our last dumping of snow this past weekend.
The OPP is partnering with the Ellice Swampers OFSC Club to make sure trail users have their passes, are staying safe and not riding while under the influence.
The recent Try Our Trails Weekend campaign recently wrapped up, offering free access to the region’s trail network.
Police say don’t take to any trails not opened by the OFSC, as they could have hazards.
