The County of Oxford is looking to you to weigh in on bringing in more electric vehicle charging locations, including in East Zorra-Tavistock.
A recent study is calling for as many as 229 chargers be installed throughout the county in the future.
It’s partially based on how many electric vehicles the MTO predicts will be on Oxford County roads.
The number expected to grow from around 160 electric vehicles to 5,000 over the next few years.
The report is recommending those stations be placed in high traffic areas such as the Highway 401 corridor, workplace parking lots, shopping centres and public spaces.
