Festival Hydro Begins Phone Survey

Festival Hydro wants to know if you’re keeping electrical safety in mind.

The local utility provider is launching its Electrical Safety Survey and is letting you know you may receive a phone call from Innovative Research Group in February and March.

It’s part of the Ontario Energy Board’s mandated bi-yearly survey.

Festival Hydro says it will be contacting customers in Stratford, St. Marys, Seaforth, Zurich, Brussels and Hensall.

You won’t be asked to provide any personal or banking information such as your address or your account information.

Festival Hydro wants to gauge how its own safety programs help in the prevention of electrical accidents.
