Huron County Names New CAO

Huron County has a new CAO.

Meighan Wark has been working as the acting Chief Administrative Officer for the county over the last six months.

Wark will still be heading up Huron’s Cultural Services until a new lead can be named.

The county says its agri-food strategy along with attracting and keeping more workers in the region will be among Wark’s top priorities.

She was officially confirmed to the position in yesterday’s county council meeting.
