OPP End Investigation Into Suspicious Vehicle Reported by Students

Police in St. Mary’s have closed the case as part of an investigation into a suspicious vehicle reported last week.

The Perth County OPP says a group of students walking to school reported voices coming from a suspicious vehicle.

The original report involved a discussion took place with the students.

Police say they tracked down the vehicle and driver only to find out the voices were coming from loud music inside the vehicle.

The OPP is thanking the students for coming forward and reporting the incident quickly to adults, even though it turned out to be a misunderstanding.
