OPP Seeking Public’s Help in Identifying Suspected Shoplifters

Police in St. Marys are reaching out to the public in hopes of identifying two people suspected of shoplifting.

The OPP says a male and female suspect were spotted in McDonald’s Independent Grocer just before 11:00am on February 7th.

Police say the suspects had a cart full of groceries which they walked out of the store with, without paying and loaded it into a dark red SUV parked right in front of the store.

The male suspect is described as being around 30 years old with a beard and wearing a toque, while the female is thought to be around 20 to 30 years old with long black hair.

If you have any information the suspects’ identities you’re being asked to call police immediately.
