Perth, Huron and Wellington counties are now under a freezing rain warning with temperatures set to dip quickly this afternoon.
Freezing rain or ice pellets are expected to transition into snow later today and this evening.
Environment Canada says some roads in the region could see significant ice build up and to be cautious while driving today and tonight.
Both the freezing rain and rainfall warning are expected to be lifted later this afternoon.
