St. Mary’s Catholic School Expanding Thanks to Ministry Funding

Nearly $4 million will be going to an expansion of facilities at St. Mary’s Catholic School in Listowel.

That Ministry of Education Funding is going towards 64 new child care space and 49 new pupil places.

The childcare centre expansion will include infant, toddler, pre-school and EarlyON rooms for both parents and children.

The school will also see two new additions; a Kindergarten room and a regular classroom.

The Huron-Perth Catholic District School Board says the specifics of the expansion will be further outlined on Monday.
