Sunday marks the one year anniversary of the passing of Ted Blowes.
To honour the memory of “Mr. Stratford” the Civic Beautification Committee will be planting a tree in Lower Queen’s Park that day.
Stratford City Councillor Brad Beatty says there will be some other special additions as well:

The tree planting will be happening at 2:00 p.m.
