Police crack down on stop sign violations

The Perth County OPP cracked down on stop sign runners last week in St Marys.

The results weren’t encouraging.

Police handed out 17 tickets at the Maxwell and Huron street intersection in the Stone Town to drivers who failed to stop.

They received a $110 ticket and three demerit points.
