Andrew Williams, C-E-O for the Huron-Perth Healthcare Alliance says things are returning back to normal at Stratford general and at the hospital in Seaforth. Williams said its been a challenge for staff at both hospitals over the last few weeks. The outbreak at the Seaforth hospital was declared over recently and Williams said they still have to wait eight days after the latest hospital-acquired case before they can declare the outbreak officially over.
