Shortly after 3 am this morning Stratford police pulled over a vehicle downtown weaving within the lane. The driver had an overwhelming odour of alcohol on her breath. She was unsteady on her feet and fumbled with documents. The 41 year old female driver was placed under arrest for impaired operation of a motor vehicle. She was transported to the police station for breath samples and tested three times the legal limit. The female was later released and will attend court in the near future to answer to her charges. Her licence was also suspended and the motor vehicle was impounded.
