Police identify victim in Otterville crash

Police have identified the victim of yesterday’s crash in Otterville.

The Oxford County OPP says Ainsley Swance lost her life in the accident.

The crash involved a car and a Terra-Gator sprayer.

Swance was just 9-years-old.
