A long time Milverton business has announced it’s closing its doors.
The Mennonite Central Committee says in a press release that it will be closing its New to You Thrift Shop as of June 30th.
Opening in 1989, it was the seventh MCC Thrift Shop to open in Ontario and they say it’s contributed more than $700,000.00 to the committees relief work in the province and around the world since opening.
The MCC doesn’t give the reason for the closure in the release.
