Another busy agenda for Stratford City Council

There are several items of note that Stratford City Council is set to take a look into.

A zoning change for the property at 615 Huron Street will be discussed during a public meeting Monday night.

The owner of the property wants to have its zoning changed from Light Industrial to Highway Commercial which would open up the variety of businesses that could be located there.

Neither the Stratford Fire Department or the Upper Thames River Conseveration Authority have raised any concerns over the request.

Items to be looked at during the regular council meeting include proclaiming May 6th to 12th Emergency Preparedness Week in Stratford and appointing a drainage superintendent for the city.

It’s all being held at Stratford City Hall starting at 7 p.m.
