Stratford Festival Archives Trust receives over $80 thousand in funding

The Stratford Festival Archives Trust are getting some financial support.

Library and Archives Canada has announced that it’s providing $1.5 million to support 39 projects by archives, libraries and documentary heritage institutions across the country as part of its Documentary Heritage Communities Program.

Nine projects submitted by organizations located in Ontario are being funded under the program including just over $80 thousand going to digitizing the formative years of the Stratford Festival.

The recipients were announced at the McCord Museum in Montreal.
