Oxford County nurse wins Nightingale Award

An Oxford County nurse has won the Toronto Star’s Nightingale Award.

Lisa Gillespie was named Nurse of the Year from among 170 nominees from all over Ontario.

According to the newspaper Gillespie was recognized for her development of an overdose prevention program for opioid drug users.
