Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir coming to area in October

One of the most famous ice skating couples in Canadian history are going to be in our area.

Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir, who won gold in ice dance at the Pyeonchang Winter Games in their final competitive performance of their career, are set to go on a 30 city cross country tour.

That includes a performance at The Aud in Kitchener on October 27th.

Tickets go on sale Friday through The Aud’s Box Office.

Stratford city council reviewed the ‘Not One More Night’ Winter Warming Solutions report, which recommended extending the Centre hours from noon to 5 pm Monday to Friday, to 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. until 7 a.m., seven days a week, for six months in the colder seasons.
