We now know the name of the person killed in a fatal crash just east of Stratford.
Police say 37-year-old Chad Matheson from Stratford was killed when a SUV collided with a farm tractor around 10 o’clock Thursday night.
It happened on Perth Line 34 between Perth Road 108 and Perth Road 109.
According to police, Matheson was the only person in the SUV and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The OPP Technical Collision Investigation Team is helping to determine what took place.
The road in the area was closed overnight but has since reopened.
