It’s going to be all about pork at the 45th annual Ontario Pork Congress in Stratford.

The event takes place at the Stratford Rotary Complex Wednesday and Thursday and will feature around 150 exhibitors talking about everything from pig art to the Bacon Maker Classic.

The doors open at 10 a.m. both days and they close at 5 p.m. Wednesday and 4 p.m. Thursday.

A highlight of the event, the Hog Jog, takes place Wednesday night with proceeds supporting the Local Community Food Centre.

You can get tickets for the event either on the OPC’s website ( https://www.porkcongress.on.ca/) or at the door for $15.00.
