It’s a good news story for just how much homes are selling for in our area.
The Huron Perth Association of Realtors says residential properties in June sold for an average of $348,229 which they say is a 15 per cent increase when looking at June 2017.
It’s also a positive when it comes to the year-to-date average for home sales in the two counties with a 13 per cent increase to an average of $343,006 compared to the first six months of last year.
They add that homes are usually being listed for around an average of 2.5 months before they are sold and their are currently 540 residential units listed for sale.
