Michael Schweitzer has a trial date.
It’s been scheduled for March 9th of next year.
The date was set at a court appearance in Stratford on Friday.
Schweitzer is accused of the first degree murder of Nicole Wagler and the attempted murder of Tyler Baker.
The two were shot in Milverton on December 4th, 2012.
