Mischief caused at St.Marys Town Hall under investigation

Another incident of mischief is under investigation in St.Marys.

Police say they got a report of mischief caused at St.Marys Town Hall on Saturday.

They say when they arrived they found that the glass pane of the east entrance door had been damaged, resulting in a large pile of debris.

According to police, a metal post was found at the scene which is believed to have been used to damage the property.

Perth County OPP say these types of senseless acts of mischief constitute a criminal offence and may result in charges.

The public is being asked for help identifying the person responsible for the damage.
