Precautionary boil water notice for St Marys

A boil-water advisory is in effect for a portion of St Marys.

This notice is for residents receiving municipal drinking water along Wellington Street South and Water Street South from Victoria Street and St. Maria Street.

The watermain has been shut off due to maintenance.

You must boil your water at a rolling boil for at least one minute before using it to:

  • Drink;
  • Gargle, brush your teeth or rinse dentures;
  • Wash fruits, vegetables or other food;
  • Make ice, juices, puddings or other mixes; and
  • Make baby food or formula.

This precautionary boil water notice will be in effect until the water has been tested.
