City council delays decision on Avon West rezoning application

A dispute in the Avon West subdivision will be settled another day.

Last night Stratford City Council discussed a zoning change application that would allow Bromberg Homes to build more semis.

A group of people who have purchased property in the subdivision are opposed to the idea, saying they bought based on the original plan for single homes.

City council decided to delay the decision on the application until the next meeting.
