Mark Douglas Payne of Queens Park Care Centre, New Westminster, B.C. passed away June 10, 2014, in his 57th year, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Mark will be sadly missed by his special friend Kathy Blore and parents Ola and Boyd Hartwick, sister Mary Ellen Agner, many cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father Scott Payne, brother Gordon and sister Elizabeth, grandparents Cecil and Eve Payne, Adolf and Ruth Fangrad. Cremation has taken place and services are private.
