Stratford Police say the sudden death of a woman in the city is being investigated as a possible drug overdose.
Emergency crews were called to a home on Wellington Street around 3 o’clock this (Monday) morning about a 43-year-old woman in medical distress.
Police say shortly after they arrived, the woman was pronounced dead.
They say the cause of death is currently unknown but it is being investigated as a possible drug overdose.
Anyone who has information on what happened is asked to call the Stratford Police.
