Perth-Oxford Road and the 16th Line near Tavistock have reopened.
They were closed earlier today due to an accident involving two motorcycles.
The Oxford County OPP says one of the drivers was seriously hurt but is in stable condition at an area hospital.
The pair had been on their way to the Friday the 13th gathering in Port Dover.
