Stratford Police say a man who was seen acting strangely and was carrying a large knife faces charges.
Just after 9 a.m. on Saturday, police say they got a complaint about a man looking into vehicles and scraping the frost off windows at the north end of Mornington Street.
Officers came to the scene and found the man who they say was carrying a large knife which was hidden under his jacket.
They say he was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon and for breaching his probation.
He was later released and has a court date scheduled for January 21st.
