Perth County OPP are continuing keep a close watch out for impaired driving over the holidays.
The latest person to be charged with impaired driving is a 25-year-old Minto man.
Police say around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday they were called by a concerned citizen who reported a possible impaired driver leaving a restaurant in North Perth.
Officers came to the scene and say they found the driver in the parking lot and they determined his ability to drive was impaired, he was arrested and brought to the Sebringville OPP detachment for further testing.
He’s been charged with Driving with more than 80 mgs. of alcohol in his blood and he is scheduled to appear in court in Stratford on January 7th.
