Police are investigating several thefts from vehicles and mischief incidents in Plattsville.
Oxford County OPP say the incidents were reported to them Wednesday morning with the first call about a suspicious person coming in shortly after 3:20 in the area of William Street.
They say a lone male was observed looking into vehicles however he fled the scene before police arrived.
There were also two reports of break and enters to garages, parked trailers, as well as windows, smashed on some vehicles to gain entry.
They say approximately ten residential properties were targetted with items stolen including loose change, cash, gift cards, and a purse and contents.
OPP are reminding the public to report all suspicious activity to police.
