A 76-year-old Stratford man faces charges of committing numerous sexual offences against Children.
The Stratford Police say the man was arrested after they received the complaints and a publication ban has been issued by the courts and the man can’t be identified in order to protect the identity of the children involved.
Police say the offences are alleged to be historical in nature and happened over a period of several years with the ages of the victims ranging between four years to nine years.
They say none of the victims involved are family members to the accused man, however, all were known to him and had been placed in a position of care with him.
At this time, police say they are confident that all victims and their families have been spoken with and assisted through the process.
