As the Ontario Pork Congress winds down tonight, Stratford Blues and Ribfest will take off.

Hog Wild week continues in the city until Sunday.

Laing says one of the big difference for this year’s Blues and Ribfest is the location.

Laing says admission for the rest of their events Friday to Sunday is extremely affordable.
