Visitors to Stratford will now be able to use cutting edge technology to get the most out of their time here.
The Stratford Tourism Alliance says it’s introducing an online personal discovery concierge on Visit Stratford dot ca where users can be intuitively assisted with on-demand personalization and matching to relevant tourism events and experiences in and around the city.
Officials say that Stratford is the very first tourism organization to implement this kind of technology.
The technology is the product of a partnership between the STA and Chillwall AI, an artificial intelligence firm that has also with other cities on similar services
The STA says they have also tapped into the expertise from experts at the University of Waterloo to help with development.
