A 33-year-old Perth East man faces an arm’s length of charges after police say he was driving while impaired.
Last Thursday, Perth County OPP say an officer was on patrol in Milverton when they stopped a vehicle for a Highway Traffic Act offence.
They say the officer detected the odor of alcohol on the driver’s breath and he blew over the legal limit when he took a breathalyzer test.
The driver faces charges including driving with an open container of liquor.
