Man arrested for trying to steal a camper trailer

It is camping season so make sure your trailers are well secured.

A 33-year-old Huron East man faces charges after he tried to steal a camper Wednesday night.

He and another man were caught trying to hook the camper trailer to their truck at the Bluewater Golf Course when they were caught by the owner.

He called police and they were able to track him down on Road 130 in Perth South early Thursday morning.
