A call from a concerned driver led police to Road 119 and Line 26 in Perth South.
Before the police got there the suspect had hit an SUV.
No one was hurt.
Police tested the driver and suspect he was impaired by both an opioid drug as well as being impaired by alcohol.
He has been charged and has a court date in mid-March.
