A Stratford man has a court date next month after a string of offences.
Stratford Police say they were called to a break and enter at a home in the City.
The suspect was the ex-boyfriend of the survivor.
While investigating police found out there had been several incidents during January.
The suspect has been charged with Sexual Assault, Assault, Break and Enter, Forcible Confinement, and Theft.
He was released with conditions not to contact the survivor and will be in court in mid-March.
