Three students from St. Marys DCVI want to take the coolest school trip.
Jessica Hammond, Katelyn Giambalvo, and Noah Guymer have worked hard on their photo essay to enter Parks Canada’s Coolest School Trip contest.
They created a video called “Winter EH” that encourages people to get outside in the winter.
Jessica Hammond says they visited elementary schools in the area, “We showed them our video and also went outside and did activities with them like snow fort building and sledding.”
If the students win then the entire Grade 7 class will win an all expenses paid trip to National Parks in Manitoba. To help the class win the contest click here.
